Delivery Policy

1. Processing and Delivery Times

We aim to prepare your order as quickly as possible.

• Processing: All orders placed by 4:00 pm on a working day are processed the same day. Orders placed after this time are processed on the next working day.
• Delivery time: Standard delivery takes between 1 and 5 working days, depending on the location.
• Non-working days: Deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.

2. Courier Services and Charges

We work with leading courier companies in Bulgaria (Speedy / Box Now). Delivery charges are calculated according to the current rates of the selected courier.

Free delivery: Delivery is free on all orders over €80. Delivery is free for all orders within Bulgaria.

3. “Open and Try” Option

We understand how important it is for your clothing to fit perfectly. That’s why every parcel is sent with an “Open and Try” option before payment.

• You may open the parcel and try on the items in the presence of the courier or in the fitting area at the courier’s office.
• If you decide not to keep the goods after trying them, the return shipping costs are borne by you in accordance with the courier’s rates.

4. Order Tracking

Once your parcel has been handed over to the courier, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number, allowing you to follow its progress in real time.
